This was my second time at west loop smile dental office and the service is excellent. Janice the receptionist is awesome she's very helpful and has a welcoming spirit.

I was in the market for a new dentist and I found this office just taking a lunchtime break. I am glad that I made that turn, my initial contact with Jan (reception) was great. My first time visit at the office was more than I expected. My concerns and questions were answered that made me feel very comfortable from the staff. Thank you for making me feel at ease.
Very friendly, courteous staff, and informative and caring I felt like I was definitely in the right place for my dental healthcare.
Dr. Smith, staff and office is wonderful. I realize unexpected situations come up so therefore I will reserve my review until I am able to have a more typical experience. Yesterdays experience would not be a fair assessment of the typical services rendered by Dr. Smith and his staff.
West Loop Smile Studio is the best! From booking your appointment to registration to your visit, the customer service here could not get better. Everyone is so cheerful & welcoming, & the follow up to inquiries is quick. I won't go to another dentist in the city again!
I am a regular to dental maintenance but it has been over a year due to circumstance. I was looking for a new dental doctor and was very pleased by the atmosphere, service and quality. 4 of 5 stars only because I didn't see any signage/print on the door outside the building so I wasn't sure I was in the right place (also I live in the neighborhood had I known there was a dental office I would have tried them sooner). I have found my new dentist!
Dr. Smith and team are very attentive, the office is unlike any dental office I have ever visited. Technology at every turn and very open and modern office.
Wow!!...Iam at a lost for words...before going to Smile and Smile...I felt so bad about my teeth.
