Very friendly and professional staff that makes you feel so comfortable that you don't want to leave the dentist office... which is far from the usual! They make you feel welcome! Dr. Ozzie is very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and understood my concerns. You will never feel like he cares more about money than his patients. I had such a great experience I was almost bummed that I don't need to see him for another 6 months. I highly recommend Smile Studios!
My family and I were greeted with a warm smile upon entering this beautiful offices of West Loop Smile Studio. The staff made us all feel comfortable and welcome. I heard great things about Hyde Park location, and Dr. Ozzie has done a wonderful job with this new location conveniently located in the West Loop. Two thumbs up!
I found a chip on one of my teeth but my dentist is on vacation. West Loop Smile Studio is close to my apartment and is covered by my insurance. I was originally scheduled after three days but they called me back and told me I can come in the same afternoon. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The dentist put a filling in my chip and was out of the office in 40 minutes. Definitely recommend this clinic.
I am sold on my dentist and dental staff! Immediately, I am telling everyone, "I don't know about your dentist, but this was my experience today ...!" I was floored at the "State of the Art" equipment and such a gentle touch. I'll be back. Finally, I am confident to get that wisdom tooth finally removed. Thanks for a great experience!
I happened upon this beautiful dental office as I was walking through the West Loop neighborhood. I knew I needed some dental work done but was looking for a near by location near my work and one that I would be able to get dental work done at an affordable price that took my insurance. The receptionist was a pleasure and I was able to fill out new patient paper work before my first appointment, which was very convenient. I am a teenager and sometimes I think I need braces. I really appreciated the time Dr. Oz and all of his friendly staff conversed with me and made me comfortable. I'll definitely will return for all my dental needs!
Everybody was very friendly and welcoming! The dentist explained things thoroughly and I didn't feel any down talk like I sometimes feel with past dentist experiences.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was also very friendly, he answered all my questions and explained all my options.
On yesterday, 6-17-14, I visited the location on Monroe/Morgan. The Staff was Great with Their greetings...The Office was Very Neat...The service was Outstanding!!! I had not seen Dr. O. Smith in a while and he was, as always, very welcoming...I Missed him...Looking/Smiling forward to my next visit!!!
