I have lived in Chicago for more than seven years. Dr. Ozzie and his staff provide a modern, comfortable, friendly, professional and pleasant experience for their clientele. I highly recommend capital West Loop Smile Studio.
It's a lovely office, I was taken in on-time, the location is so easy to get to (no Loop traffic), and the price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this office.

I live in Newport Coast, California, but work in Chicago at least a week a month. Chicago is truly my second city but I have made West Loop Smile Studio my first choice for dentistry. Awesome.
Everyone I came in contact with today was cheerful, helpful and personable. Jasmine (Dental Hygienist) had a great chair side manner; she let me know what I had to do; it was a good experience; she did a great job. The owners are right on point by having a beautiful TV on ( on the wall) which keeps me focused on something else besides the procedure at hand. Thanks!!
Everyone was very nice, and I love that their all about the electronic forms. No unnecessary paper. Brian the receptionist was very cordial, the dental assistant Mina was very nice and conversational, the dental technician Stephanie (I think) was great, and coaxed me through the comfortable Xrays and Dr. Lee was wonderful. She gives you diagnosis, but doesn't make you feel bad about the deficiencies and walks you through a treatment plan.
