I love this place so much, the staff is great, the tenants are great, and they are pet friendly, I love it
I love everything about Skyhouse. The views. The walking distance to so many things! The apartments are gorgeous. The parking is ample! Love. Love. Love.
Nothing classy about it. Horrible management.
I have been renting for over a decade and Skyhouse was the worst rental experience I have had. I chose Skyhouse because it is marketed as a "luxury" building, I would expect this to mean that at the minimum the staff would be kind and respectful to residents and guests. On multiple occasions I was treated with the opposite behavior from the concierge up to Management - rude, condescending, careless, inattentive to detail, and aggressive.
