We've lived in Skyhouse since June of 2018 and for the 5 months we loved it and was recommending it to everyone! That all changed in October of 2018, when one of the other tenants started smoking pot and the smell came through the HVAC unit into our apartment. This has happened at least 15 times since we initially reported it. We have reported it to the concierge, leasing office, Property Manager, CMPD, and the community officer, yet we still continue to deal with the smell. My experience at Skyhouse has been anything but great. I was so excited to move into these apartments but have been extremely disappointed since moving in. From the staff (minus Jason) to the noise and the amenities, there have been so many issues. To start, the elevators have been an issue from the beginning and continue to still be an issue. RecommendedTyler Peterman gave us an amazing tour of the Skyhouse and it is definitely something we are considering. He is very knowledgeable about Skyhouse along with the property management company. We highly recommend this site.

We were given an amazing tour by Tyler Peterman. The property is beautiful and we were impressed with the vast amenities! Would definitely recommend checking this place out! Ask for Tyler, he was awesome!
