The staff are great. The maintenance staff does a great job at staying on top of issues that come up minus the elevators in the south tower. You can expect to wait 30 minutes for an elevator when two of the three are out of service... often. Unless you drink beer or own a dog, then good luck finding an event to attend. I swear there are more dogs than people at Skyhouse. The residents are too young to know how to be responsible for their dogs, you will dodge dog poo or urine everywhere because of lazy residents. Mediocre apartments with luxury prices. I also hate waiting 10+ minutes for an elevator as of lately. Thankfully my lease is almost up and I won’t be renewing come September.
Lived at Skyhouse for a year. Beautiful apartments, building, security, 24 hour concierge. Rude, unprofessional management (needs to retrain or replace), parking garage and elevators are broken a lot and location is okay. Near uptown, but nothing useful right next door.
This place is Phenomenal, loved my expierience the moment I stepped in. Jeff went above and beyond to help out with weighting my options, answered all of my questions and concerns. Nice amenities and sweet staff. Also, the views and location are fabulous! Looking forward to moving in!
My wife and I moved to Skyhouse a few months ago, we have loved our experience both working with the staff and residents in this community. We host two events a month which all residents are invited to. There has been a Whisky Tasting, Wine and Cheese Night as well as several other events. We believe that community is important and here at Skyhouse that is what we have, it won't take long for you to meet new people and develop friendships here.
