A few days ago Crystal received an untruthful negative review from a 14 year old that I was responsible for at the time. I would like to take the time to set the record straight. Crystal did a great job on all of our nails. Three of us had a manicure done by Crystal that day, she did not charge $60 for any of them. Crystal is a wonderful Nail Technician who truly cares about the health and wellness of her clients. I went in for a Gel Pedicure, Crystal suggested I switch to regular polish, to allow my nails time to growth thicker since years of gel polish removal had been diminishing the health of my nails. She has a wonderful personality and provided excellent customer service and professionalism. I absolutely recommend her services!
From the moment I sat down, Crystal made me feel cared for and welcomed. Even though long natural nails aren’t her usual specialty, she embraced the challenge with patience and such a kind spirit—I truly admired her willingness to go above and beyond for me. The pedicure was absolutely heavenly. The massage chair melted away all tension, and the foot massage—though I wished it could have lasted forever—was pure bliss.
