I had an amazing experience. Located near the new faena residences close to the river. The clinic / spa was beautiful, clean, modern and with advanced technology. I got a hydrofacial and Anneliese was very knowledgeable you can tell she is passionate and takes time to perfect her craft. My face feels amazing and I left all relaxed. I will definitely be back.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend to get a facial with Anneliese. After a few facials that went fine, I went for the Hydrafacial with Laser Photofacial which is a 60 minute service. However after 40 minutes, which felt very short, Anneliese informed me that we are finished. For a 60 minute service that costs $300, when it is 20 minutes short, that is equal to $100! I purchased the hydrafacial with the Group On discount because I recently noticed a change in my skin. My face was noticeably dry. My face has always been more acne prone with discoloration and some hyperpigmented areas. In the beginning, The esthetician Anneliese spent a good 10-15 min just talking to me about my skin history and what products I was currently using and my motivation for scheduling a hydrafacial and then gave me her recommendations and specifically named some affordable brands, which was helpful.
