I was in for a skincare analysis. I went ahead and purchased the Nov special for microneedling. I called the next day to ask to refund because we couldn’t do. I was told yes they could and would. A week later and messages left and still not refunded. Next step is better business bureau. Also sold SkinMedica products that are way too harsh for my skin after telling them how sensitive. Besides 5 weeks waiting to get in, Dr Cook did not give me any resolutions, advice, or recommendations on how to keep my hair from falling out in clumps. I'm not on chemo. She was of no help.

Scammers!! Charged my husband for services and then charge the insurance company and have the nerve to send us a bill for a deductible!! Unbelievable!! Would never recommend!
