You know you're in Miami when people leave 0 star reviews for having their appointments cancelled or being charged a no-show fee for arriving late or missing the appointment. I personally have had a great experience with Skin Laundry. The staff there has always been courteous and helpful. I wish I could place a 0 star. First time appointment. Driving from North Miami to come to Dadeland mall to be dismissed for arriving 10 minutes late. I don’t control traffic and gasoline is no water in my car. Very disappointed. Never again💋

I really like it! I've tried the 3 variations they offer and I'm pretty happy with it, I even got the monthly subscription. Their policies are pretty clear on the email they send and are not very different than the other spas I visit. You are supposed be there before your appointment out of respect to the personnel and other customers.

Awful place, they don't tell you it's inside the mall, they had asked you for your credit card yo charge you $25 in case,you don't go to the appointment them they say they can't do it when I have lazik done many times through my dermatologist you are much better off going to your dermatologist. Of course there were no clients there. Awfull!!
