Very disappointed to be honest. My messages regarding products were not responded to on the page or on the private messages I’ve sent. As I advised in my post I will look elsewhere.
RecommendedI love that I wasnt able to get my free gift during check out.so I reached out to customer service and had it plus a sample. Which I like the pumpkin mask and the Hungarian paprika gel spot treatment. Looking to purchase in the near future skin scripts I've been using for almost 9 months .
Shipping too late, no real customer service. I understand the current circumstances, but when i ordered on April 2, and never got a confirmation unti April 8 when I left a message, where is my order for $92? What a surprise, shipped that day...I received it today. 12 days later, and I guarantee if I didn’t make the effort, it would not have been shipped... I hope I don’t have a skin reaction, because, NO RETURN ON OPENED ITEMS!
I placed an ordered over 2 weeks ago and they don't have the product.
I use Skin Script products and have been very satisfied with the products and the service.
Worst experience with an online firm in the 30 years I have purchased goods online. They sell products they do not have, charge your credit card for products that they do not have in stock, do not bother to send updates about an order that is not going to be shipped, and make it impossible to get a refund. Their phone lines do not work and they do not respond to emails. I am getting ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
