RecommendedNever had a problem getting my products and when they don’t have it in stock they send what they have and note on the order they are waiting for it and will send when they get it. You can also see your old purchases. I’ve been shopping online at Alana for 6 years becAuse they give such good sale discounts. So I buy all my image products when a holiday comes because of the discount. I get Better discounts from Alana then I do from the image site.
I have not received my order. Can I please get a refund. Appreciate an answer ASAP

No o e was available by phone when I called friday I called all day. No representatives period very disappointed I ordered the wrong thing and had called their number all day. For a refund but had to go by email

Actually ship people’s purchases. I placed an order September 23rd and STILL have not received it, as of November 17th. I will be asking for a refund, as soon as I can reach someone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere to shop.
