There was a mix-up on my order - USPS's fault, not SKBA's - and customer service was amazing. They re-sent my order at no charge to me after it was returned to sender. I received the correct products that I ordered, and I love both the perfume and the lip balm.

Veryy disappointed with this company especially under the circumstances we are all going thru right now. It is a terrible thing that some merchants are abusing people in that they charge the customer and not let them know they didn't have the product they were charged for....... and it takes the customer to send an email first requesting the status of their order 15 days later to find out from them they didn't have it?
