Two expensive orders to support autism when I am on the spectrum. My first order no one responded when the product was old and bad. Second order I got skin script which were great products, not Alana brand and was supposed to get free gift (the reason I ordered is for it). No gift for purchase when promised. My package arrived without the other product I'd ordered. I reached out to Skin Care by Alana and was excited that they offered me a comparable product. So much so that I came here and gave a good review. That was on the 18th and I've yet to receive my replacement. I reached out again asking about it and haven't heard anything. Disappointed and frustrated. I realize things are challenging, but to hear nothing back is not quality customer service. This will be my last order.

I ordered this nail polish one month ago. You charged my Visa immediately. I had to write to you one month later to find out it was discontinued. I would like a credit to my charge card.
