I have consistently been ordering from Skin Care by Alana for years. My orders are always packaged so well for transit and are shipped promptly. Every now and then (very few) there has been a mishap, yet customer service always emailed me back quickly. I really appreciate all the cruelty free product lines carried with great descriptions for making the proper choices to suit our individual needs.
I've tried three different days to call at different times and it just rings. I finally got someone to reply over email and now I have been charged twice for my order. Very disappointing customer service and I will not be ordering from here again.

I purchased over $120 in products. The packaging for the foundation failed rendering it useless and it’s not even half used. I’ve called and emailed over two weeks ago, then sent a PM on Facebook... nothing... crickets. Pathetic customer service.

i very much appreciate how quickly i recieved my order
In one week I could get up to 20 emails with no way to unsubscribe. My last order took weeks to arrive. During the ordering phase there was no mention of an item I selected being out of stock. That notice came several days after I had paid for my order. Please update your products page and stop all the emails!
