For the first time I took a chance online and ordered a product from skincare by Alana and was given 5 to 7 business day shipping . It had been 14 days with no product and no information about the shipment status. I called the company and they said that they have to find out from perfume maker to find out when they were delivering it to them before they even deliver it to me. I was like ok I guess.
