DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. When I ordered, there was no indication item was unavailable. Was charged immediately then sent an email that item was backordered. For whatever reason, I decided to continue to wait, and now a month later, I have received an email stating product is unavailable from manufacturer and no ETA to their warehouse. Product was broken and will not replace it.. I will never order from this place again
I am a first time customer, and recently ordered my favorite skincare line, Image Skincare, through Skincare by Alana. I had absolutely no problems with my order. I even emailed customer service to see what the status was, and got a response that same day. I was nervous with the negative reviews, but I had a positive experience and will order from Alana again. I ordered a product bc ingredients on website were two favorable that I like to use on my skin. When I got the product the ingredients listed were different ingredients then on the website. One of which was alcohol which isn’t great for skin. They are still charging me a restocking fee and shipping for misinformation on a product. I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew all ingredients. They should provide better customer care.

Experience has been terrible. Ordered a 248 dollar product, got charged for it, have no confirmation email. Have called multiple times during business hours and get NO response. I will never order from here again. I may actually have the bank stop the payment since I get ZERO response.

1) Customer service responding/calling back; 2) replacing sub-par item (bottle was 75% full); 3) matching delivery to estimated shipping times. Have been a customer for several years, but have been progressively disappointed with service.
