Horrible customer service. They do not care about keeping customers or their happiness. I sent two return request forms and had zero follow-up for at least 3 days. I then proceeded to directly email and finally got a response. The response was limited and uncaring and could care less that a repeat customer was dissatisfied. I will never recommend this company to anyone and actually discourage it!
Her products have awesome, good for you ingredients and leave my skin so soft. Love all her products!
Alana and Jared have been fabulous. They really make themselves available for answering any questions that you may have about their products or skincare in general. Skincare by Alana has been a wonderful asset to have in my skincare journey. I enjoy bouncing ideas off of them and picking Alan's brain on new products. They're really kind people with a great brand that they can be proud of and you can feel good about using. Highly recommend Skincare by Alana.
I have liked the Image products I have purchased. I still have a couple that I would like to try, one being the pumpkin mask. Also, customer service is just as good.

So far, I have tried and recommend Alana’s Night R1 Facial Oil, Daily Vitamin C Moisturizer and Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum. I am loving Alana Michell skincare products. I use the anti-again peptide eye cream and my eye area is looking amazing. I use the pumpkin enzyme mask once a week and it keeps my face looking radiant. I highly recommend giving Alana's products a try!
I've been using the hemp product line for about 2 months. My skin is noticably smoother. I had a bump that would not disappear & it has now nearly disappeared. The products have a nice light scent and go on smoothly.
