This company is wonderful and Alana and her staff truly care about their customers! They answer questions promptly, are always willing to help; they provide awesome customer service! Give them a chance-I’m extremely picky about who I do business with and I LOVE THEM! They’ll do whatever it takes to “make things right” and keeping their customers happy is always their #1 priority!!!!!
I attempted to do business with this company online. They couldn't supply the fragrance in time for me to give this as a gift to my wife for Christmas. They told me they wouldn't even receive the fragrance until after Christmas. They said they will be issuing a refund. I've tried to reach them for 2 days and it took them 2 days to respond. Told them I needed the refund asap so I could get another gift elsewhere. They are somewhat slow in responding. I found this frustrating.
Avoid ! After receiving no response to multiple emails regarding why order has not shipped finally received response to PayPal claim stating they had emailed me to inform item was on backorder - ABSOLUTE LIE ! Avoid dealing with this company and save yourself the headache, extremely unprofessional. Impossible to search on the website for the status of your order, you have to submit a request and wait DAYS for a response - UNPROFESSIONAL in this day and age.
It seems to be impossible to unsubscribe from this vendor. I placed one order and after a long delay did receive the product. But I have repeatedly unsubscribed and continue to get copious emails from this company.
Excellent all natural products. Have ordered several times with no issues. Samples of products are always shipped with your order. Love it!
So far, no notice on when the backordered product will be shipped. My card has been charged full price
I have had several orders with Alana and never had a problem or issue. I love their products and lines they carry - and adore that they always send samples with my order.
I have been a loyal customer for years until today. The level of customer service is now sub-par. This company has gotten too big and not trying to keep customers. Sad! ***UPDATE April 2018*** Since my previous review , I have received terrific customer service from Skincare by Alana. I have placed several orders and have been very pleased with the staff, ordering process and quickness of delivery to my home! Hopefully, this was an isolated incident .
