I’ve never been more frustrated with people. We drove 2 1/2 hours in hopes of buying a car, and we were straight up lied to. We had asked if the car was ever smoked in and we were told no. However after sitting in the car for 5 seconds today the smell of smoke was so bad I had to step out of the vehicle. They then proceed to tell us that they had sat in the vehicle and didn’t smell anything! Smoke is a very prominent smell, so you can’t tell me you didn’t smell anything. Professional, up front, honest and kind and gave me the best deal and trust me I shopped around. Carrie Tuttle-Atkinson made the leasing of our F150 easy as possible. Best part? Ryan the owner is a cheep person. Always trying to make a buck. Will not do anything for a customer. They had the truck I've been looking for and wont work with me on a trade in. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER. Ryan skalnek needs to step up his game with tradeins for customers. Been to this dealer 4 times now I have Successfully bought 1 vehicle in my four times. I would have never returned but they had the number one truck I've been looking for!)
The best dealership, hands down! Kaycy Dymond is the one to go to! This process was flawless with turning in my current lease and pulling me into a new one. Rick Brewer worked his butt off with FMC to get me approved ON MY OWN with no co-signer and he made it happen! I will never go anywhere else, they FOREVER have my business! I am so happy with my 2019 Escape!
I was very happy with the sales team. I am now, three months later, being charged a $400 fee from gm financial for my trade in because skalnek, miscalculated the pay off of my lease turn in. I have been in contact with the sales team several times and the answer I get is there's nothing they can do. I won't be dealing with them again, very shady.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford to come here. Our salesman Mathew McCormick was probably the best carsalesman I've dealt with, trust me I hate going to dealerships. Him and Rich got me into a new truck, while giving me a deal on my trade when the engine was about to go. The place was very clean inside and all the trucks, at least the ones i test drove, were the same. Highly highly recommended this place. Especially the new car sales.
Had Matt as my salesman. Very thorough and had a great experience. Will buy from him again in the future. If your going to shop for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for him directly. Great guy!
Mike ‘George’ Steffler is Fantastic !!! I just traded in one lease for another (again) and he finds exactly what I want with exactly what I need without fluffing up the deal or trying to up sell in any way.
