Guess when your main purpose in you employment life is to take care of people, you can’t understand when others don’t. Bought a used car 3 weeks ago from Skalnek Ford. Purchased my last used car there. I have never in all the years I’ve purchased used cars bought an extended warranty. Drove it four times and two hoses blew. I bought a certified pre-owned fusion there, and i’m very happy with it. great experience, other than it seemed like they must not detail before turning over a vehicle. i left there my interior needing a detail, there were crumbs on my gear shift dial.
I've had three vehicles from Skalnek and have always had a great experience. Went in, this past weekend, to trade my 2018 F150 for a 2020 F150; ended up going with a 2020 Edge Titanium and I couldn't be happier. This was my first time working with Brandon and he'll be my preferred person to work with from now on; dude's great. The used car dealership was not totally upfront with me when I made an appointment to take a look at a car it needed repairs and I couldn’t drive it totally. I did like the vehicle and tried to negotiate but the use car manager will not negotiate one penny off of the listed price. Before I came in they said everything was negotiable they wasted my time

We were so happy to be helped by Doug the salesman, he got us quickly approved and driving our new car in less than 24 hours. We have an affordable payment and helped work with us and the finance people. They are super personable and very nice.
