We traveled out of state (over 500 miles!!!) to get a GREAT deal on our 2017 Ford Escape SE. It was in mint condition, had very low mileage, and offered a great warranty for a certified used car. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Lance Richardson, our primary salesman we dealt with, was awesome and even added his own sense of humor throughout the purchase to make the deal fun and as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this dealership to Michigan and out of state residents!!!!

Great deals and excellent customer service
The service department lacks customer service. I had my car in for service earlier in Janauary. Due to the nature of the repair, the Service Consultant said he would contact Ford once he knew the extent of the repair to see if Ford was willing to do anything. When I picked up my car on January 8, I asked if he had contacted Ford. He said that he had sent a message, but had not received a response. I asked him to let me know when he heard something. He said he would. It is January 23 and I am still waiting.
