Very disappointed by their service. They lied to my face and acted like it was no big deal when I questioned why they held my truck for a week and did not complete the work I asked to be done. Very inconvenient and horrible business if they think they can take advantage of women.
Horrible service department they don’t stand behind anything they don’t stand for anything either my opinion
A “gold” certified used car should come super clean, and not have garbage under the seats. We asked for it to be detailed, and it wasn’t. Disappointed in the lack of service.
RecommendedDoug did a fantastic job with assisting us with getting a new truck. He was very knowledgeable about preparing service to the customers.
Picked up my 2021 Bronco yesterday! Skalnek Ford was outstanding to work with. Communicated through the entire process, answered all my questions and offered amazing service. Absolutely the best! Highly recommend them for everything Ford!

It’s interesting that every bad review left skalnek leaves a comment. Excuses. Apparently looking good is more important than actually doing why is right. They mistreated my sister and family in a huge way. Took her car for a recall repair. Have had it for over a month and are saying it’s going to take more than a month now. We test drove a used car on a Thursday night, we noticed the sun roof was leaking air we mentioned it to the salesman and he said he would look into getting it fixed for us. Friday morning we emailed our salesman Doug to let him know we were interested in purchasing the vehicle but would like the sunroof repaired he said he would have it taken to the body shop and fixed.
