As a trustee responsible on selling my late aunts rental property. The property was a fixer upper along with tenants. I was so worried that the sale of this property was going to be a headache. I had received an advertisement from SJO, I called and was very happy. They offered a fair price for the home and were very nice and professional. The house was sold quickly. While my wife and I were approaching retirement, COVID-19 sped up our decision so we decided to sell our home in Long Beach, CA. We recently sold our property in "as is" condition to SJO after not just 1 buyer but 3 different buyers backed out last minute while in escrow. They all tried to get us to lower the price, siting the Covid-19 virus. Funny thing was they entered into the sale during the virus, what had changed?
