Dillian @ SJO made the experience easy and kept me updated every step of the way. He explained key terms and information so that I felt comfortable with this exchange. Coming from a place of having zero experience I needed a lot of hand holding, however SJO really took care of me.
I seldom give five stars but everyone I interacted with at SJO Investments was very easy to work with. The deal was fair and went off without a hitch. I heartily recommend them as home buyers, especially if a drama free no hassles deal is desired.

Absolutely best sales experience I ever had! Very professional and out of 3 quotes I received they were the most accurate and they were the highest! The process took me 30 mins and I closed 30 days later! With times being so tough an my husband being sick this was a huge blessing! Thank you Blake for making this so easy at such struggling times!

We closed escrow last week on a rental property in Riverside that we had owned for 30+ years. The purchasing company was SJO investments. The entire process from beginning to end was an amazing experience. Normally in real estate transactions there is a glitch or two along the way.
