Great experience with SJO Investments. From the initial conversation with Mike about the sale price of our cabin to meeting with the project manager, Nick and the continual follow up with Dillon everything was professional and moved forward without a hitch. Such an awesome experience with this company. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property quickly.

I wanted to start out by saying that that Dillon is the best I have ever did business with , very friendly , patient and professional. One thing I noticed the most was his ability to not give up from the hard time the bank was giving us , he kept up with everything , including the bank kept on rejecting us with more paperwork that was nearly impossible to come up with to do a short sale. I was helping my aged parents to sell their home and have never dealt with an all cash situation. I was a little skeptical at first but everyone I have dealt with was very open and professional. I have done my research on SJO and even the Escrow, everything checked out. I have dealt with Dillon and Mike, and all I can say is "wow" what a great team. Everybody that I dealt with at SJO acted professionally. From Emilie Figg who was my first contact and was knowledgable and upfront about the process, to the Transaction Coordinator Dillon Mendoza. SJO did everything they said they would when they said they would do it. This was not my first transaction of this type, so I did not need as much interaction as I got, but if this is someones first time doing this, they would be very helpful.

I live in Ohio and needed to sell the home of my deceased sister-in-law in LA during the Covid pandemic. It seemed like a daunting task; however, SJO made it easy. With the help of a CA based cousin, SJO was contacted in January, a contract was signed 1/28 and the payoff was in my account 3/5. While initially skeptical, I came away from the process a true believer. If the opportunity presented, I would gladly work with SJO again. The folks at SJO (Aaron, Dillon, Mike) said what they would do and then they did it.
