Ordered some materials for a job the guy at the front desk never heard of the flex pipe and acted like its not something they dont carry. Showed them the part number on their wedsite and got it Ordered. Took over a week to arrive. Already finished the job before my materials came in. Went on Saturday to get a few fittings and they had no idea what a reducing coupling was... need more training

Otr drivers (beware)if u come to deliver at this Site one -Don’t expect to be received at 8 am like most brokers will tell they loading g their truck and helping costumer if u got locky 9:30-10 am and another thing lift up your landing gears railroad (about 1/2 miles) is really high good lock
If you’re a driver avoid this Siteone. They don’t value our time or appreciate our services. They take 2 plus hours to off load regardless of what you have. They have the crew and workers but somehow manage to put us last. Very inconsiderate each time I’m here I have an issue. This was my last inconvenience I will no longer deliver to this Siteone. Get someone else to do it.
Thank you Site One for my Japanese Cryptomeria trees. I came earlier this Friday morning and it was an absolute madhouse between customers and delivery trucks. I felt bad for the employees and didn't want to add to the stress so decided to come back later in the day. :)That afternoon Peter helped me load the trees and answered my questions while educating me on the tree care and choosing the right ones there in the lot.
