Did an online purchase. No response! Poor customer service!
Awful experience!! Spent $2,700.00 and this is our 4th time having issues with this cheap mattress and pillows! !! Don't spend so much $$$ on these mattress and accessories. I was just told by a store sales lady that I need to call the vendor directly. This is beyond frustrating! !! When you spend that much money and have some many issues with the products they sold you!! I want a REFUND! !!
The sales people here were super friendly and answered all my questions. I also liked that they weren't super pushy. They made suggestions but never made me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. I've had my mattress now for a month or so and absolutely love it. Im getting the best sleep of my life!
Very good experience at the Fullerton location. They were super helpful and not pushy, which I really appreciate. I had been researching mattresses for a while and found the one I want and so far it is amazing! I used to have a full size mattress and upgraded to queen and am stoked about it. I got a Beautyrest mattress, I can't remember off the top of my head which model it was exactly, but I love it. I'd recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new mattress.
Totally unreliable. Failed to deliver in the promised time frame. Has not refunded our payment in over a month despite promises to do so within 3 days. Next step court action.
I've always had a very pleasant experience at Sit N Sleep. The associates are very friendly and I've definitely taken a snooze on the mattress to test it out.
