In order to return or exchange a bed one has to pay $300.00. Today I will call to have a $2,000.00 bed returned, will lose $300.00 and will never shop there again.
Purchasing was easy. The hardest part was deciding exactly what I wanted to purchase. There were a lot of choices. Pedro was great to work with. If the delivery and set up goes as well as everything went in the store then it should be a breeze.

It’s interesting I received this post. I have owned a Stearns and Foster for about 16 months. From the beginning, I’ve been dealing with a ridge in the middle of the bed. I requested an inspection and because the measurements were a 1/4 inch below the threshold considered defective by Stearns and Foster, Sit n Sleep won’t replace or refund. 12 months later I requested another inspection.
