To whom it may concern, I've attached our receipt for you all to review. First we had an issue with the salesman who sold us split king and said we wouldn't have issues. We did I called he refused to return it, luckily you all at customer service exchanged it within days. Thank you. Three weeks later we have an issue with the Alan's side not raising up in sync with my side. THREE WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. Could never get anyone to answer the phone at 3 separate stores. They refuse to talk to you via phone because they want to make you go to the store. I wanted to apply for credit, but only at the store location that had what I was wanting to buy. Talked to a supervisor who tried to say their system does not direct to a specific store. In other words, you are not able to get through on the phone to their stores. Just cheap, low down service. Their prices are comparable to Ortho Mattresses...go their instead of Sit 'n Sleep.

Go see Joseph Flores @ the Lake st location in Pasadena , he was super helpful and knowledgable. He was also patient and was more concerned with getting us the right mattress as opposed to the most expensive one.

I feel duped, the mattress I received is no where as comfortable as the one in the store, and now I'm getting the run around, excuses about how the one in the store is soft because many people have laid on it and all, WHY WAS THAT NOT DISCLOSED prior to the sale??? Larry guarantees a good nights sleep, I'm suffering on this board they call a mattress...if they change it I'll have to pay a 20% restock..I'll let the BBB handle this!!!

the plush pillow top I was sold on after nearly a month is still hard as a rock. it is nothing like the floor model not even close. I feel completely scammed by SitNSleep. I don't play nice when I spend thousands of dollars to only find out I was taken for a ride on what feels like a bait and switch scheme. Unfortunately for Sit N Sleep, I live within a short walking distance. So expect a visit from a very pissed off customer.
