Worst delivery/customer service. Delivery was confirmed for 2:30-5:30. At 3:45 they called to say delivery would be before 6:30. Advised had plans and couldn’t wait past 6:46. 5:00 received an automated call saying delivery would be here within the hour. It is now 7:00 and no truck. For what we paid we should receive better customer service. JD Power should revisit Larry’s company!

My experience: I bought a mattress here 13 years ago...no problem. Never thought about it again until I started considering I needed a new one. Picked one out...Simmons Beautyrest Phenomenon Luxury Firm. Within 10 minutes of laying on it the first night I was burning up. Turns out that now every mattress out there has foam in it. Had to keep it for 30 days. $1200 mattress and I couldn't wait to exchange it. Long story short...there's a 20% fee for exchange amd you have to get a mattress of EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE. Came to sit and sleep in commerce and Jesse Lucero was a big help and answered all our needed questions 2 days ago. Came in today and was the best in and out service I needed!! with 2 boys running around Robert Cueva saw that, so he made it sweet and short in and out best customer service thank you gentlemen! :)
I bought a mattress that was to be delivered in a 4 hour window with a call 1 hour before delivery. Got the call 1 hour before 4 to be told that they are running 2 hours late again they would call 1 hour before. I called them when it was at 30 minutes before the delayed time. I had to call and find out when now only to be told that they are about another hour behind, 3 hours behind. I think any company who has a good reputation would also have a better return policy, that does not obligate you to keep the product for 30 days or to only offer an exchange when you are unsatisfied with them. Good customer service and reputable company's should have a transparent and honest policy. I am one customer who will never refer Sit n Sleep!!!!!
