Awful online service and purchase. Will NOT purchase from Sit 'n Sleep!
Customer Service is awful. Trying to contact someone in their corporate office to discuss the mishandling of our order but their executives do not advertise their information. We received the wrong order, they forgot the box springs and one of the drawers is broken. Their customer service reps are not being helpful and will not allow us to return the order! Hopefully someone in corporate will read this post and maybe we can resolve our issues. Going on to YELP next!
Same story with the delivery as all the rest of the reviews. Said they could deliver from 5-7pm a week from the day when we bought it which was fine with us. Then we got a call the day prior to say now 6-10 pm and it would take a hour to setup. This was crazy as we have kids and work. They called at 949pm to say they are running late and then at 1018 to say they are in front of the house. Who wants to get to bed at midnight on a school night. Their advertising of 10 years of warranty is just a lie. The way they (3rd party) test to confirm performance in 10 minutes is just a joke... Don't even bother and waste time if within 3 years your mattress is sagging. They will play the game of manufacturer's warranty coverage and blame the type of bed. At the end they say we will give you a discount if you cone back... You are freeeee to wish for my business... Yelp review & BBB complaint is next for me...
So disappointed. Can't recommend this company.
