Took my daughter to this dealership as a first time car buyer. Gus provided great customer service. Spent nearly 3 hours showing us various cars in our price range and working with us on financing. He was very helpful in answering our questions. Although, there was an unexpected finance fee, the total out the door cost was still a great deal on a 2014 low mileage Nissan that my daughter was able to finance on her own keeping monthly payments reasonable. Great experience and very pleasant sales personnel. Thanks Gus.
I went to get Nissan Altima which I scheduled to see it.. but Sebastian the Rep that helped me told me it was sold.. Sebastian then Suggested me Honda Accord, at first told me was an 07 with 106k miles on it.. I decided to take it , the price was 6450$ or so which was too much since I had only 61 hundred available, they cut about 400$ so I paid 6800$ in total.. I called about a vehicle. Asked the hours. I said I was going to stop by. I drove an hour to get there. They closed early. I was there about 20 minutes before close. I know that is close but an hour and a half earlier he said they would be open. There was a gate around the lot but it has open slats so you can see in. I also didn't see the car I inquired about. They did contact me by text and email, good of them to let me know how things are with this nice van. Trouble is Its just to high priced for such an old van lots of things are at play here, but Im watching it closely. Thanks
This dealer did manage to reach out to me. They also give me a good price on the car, so they are good at negotiating.
Friendly and patient. Willing to let me get the car inspected elsewhere. Helpful. Didn't purchase but would recommend.
