Car had obvious issues not described in the listing. Broken rear view mirror. Paint issues, looked like they had been touched up with a sharpie. Damage to the side that was not visible in photographs, in fact I’m pretty sure the car in the photos was a different car than the one they actually have. Drove an hour and a half to see this mess. Totally mislead.
Guy wanted to add 25% to cash asking price for sales tax and lic fees. I broke sales tax and lic fees down for him (about 13%) never heard back from them. The car had been sitting on their lot for over a year, the guy admitted it hadn't sold cus they had overpriced it (I have the emails)
They let me test drive it and they let me take it to a Mechanic.
They were prompt to reply and speak to me about the car purchase.

We bought vehicle had a few minor things that they fixed immediately. So far satisfied with experience
Was really interested in buying a car I saw, went back with cash. h two younger sales people were great....the father took over, and he was so pushy I left. Would not let me test drive the car on the freeway until I explained that i would never buy the care without driving it on the freeway. Made the claim that I should go to him for Prius battery service, as new Prius batteries cost $6,000 dollars. Exaggerated on many other claims. Only deal with the younger guys there IMO.
For me to want to spend money with them the customer service was the Pitts! He could not tell me anything about the car.
Very, very kind, professional and helpful. Would like another chance to speak with him.
