I have full confidence in his decisions and appreciated that he once forwarded me on to a nephrologist to ensure my kidneys were functioning at an appropriate percentage. He has a poor bedside manner, but I'm not there for friendship. I'd highly recommend him, but understand why he has so many 1 star reviews. Don't let those scare you off. Also, the office staff is terrible. Sign up for the Erlanger portal as results are posted immediately and it's easy to get in touch with a nurse if need be.
I had a horrible expierence all the way around.. i had 2 different surgeries for kidney stones the first one did not work then the second was one of the most painfull expierences of my life everything i was told to expect was wrong i hope no one else has to go thrue what i did
Dr. Singh is a wonderful Dr., but the office staff and office manager are horrible. I had a STAT Ct scan run 12 days ago and still have not heard back from them after numerous calls and messages. I got the report myself to find out the worst and still have not received a return call after finding the news out. I like Dr. Singh, but I will be transferring my records to another Dr. Someone needs to get the office staff in check with calling patients back. This is someones life your messing with.
He is a great doctor. However, the office staff are incompetent. They cannot get paperwork etc done on time follow up appts. are not made without repeated phone calls. Contacting insurance companies for procedure approvals also takes multiple phone calls to this Dr.'s office. Horrible follow through!
I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and Dr Singh did an excellent job taking care of me during surgery and removing all of it His nurse practitioner Dana Butler was excellent in every way. Always willing to spend time with me and answered all questions Dana was very concerned and eased my mind in all aspects. Dana went way above and beyond all expectations when Dr Singh wasn't available. Highly recommend this Dr and staff.
Office staff was excellent. Dr. Singh was very direct and honest about treatments and recommendations. He truly seemed to have the patients best interest at heart.
Horrible Doctor !!!! Will never recommend or return! If you are looking for a good doctor STAY AWAY from this place!!!!! He is very unprofessional and was in too big of a rush to get me out. I have spent over $650 to his office trying to figure out the problem only get told to come back. The med student seeing Dr. Singh's patients is a better Doctor already than this man that is supposed to be the real doctor. I am very disappointed in this man and my very unprofessional experience.
