My sales contact was Raymond Whipp. What a terrific guy! Pam and I have awarded him our "favorite car sales person" of all time award. Smart, helpful, no pressure, kept every promise or offer made. Everyone at Simpson Chevrolet that we came in contact with was terrific to us. I never felt pressure at any time during our two visits. On or second we leased a 2017 Volt from Raymond and couldn't be happier with the deal!
I have deleted my initial post, and updating it with this one. While I did not receive good service in getting my car repaired, I am pleased with the immediate and sincere response from the service manager who was able to make me whole. While I prefer it would not have had to happen this way, in the interest of good will I have revised my initial review.
very bad treatment , call manager many times and never call back , he let me wait 2 hours to meet him and didn't do any thing , they charged me of rental car for 14 days and car should be repaired in two days , promise to return $156 of rental since 45 days and they didn't :(

Roger took care of my issues and resolved them above and beyond my satisfaction. There is now a sign posted to ask them about their free license plate frames and mine was replaced with a new one. The service manager also called to apologize and I appreciate that.
My Service advisor Eric Mizer was fantastic. Out of all the years I've been with Chevy, I can honestly say he is at the top of the list! He really listened to what I had to say about my vehicle in person and on the phone. He did not seem 'put out' about my forgetting a few more items that needed tending to. He also kept me informed of where we were at with my truck. The service dept did a wonderful job too. It felt as though I was driving off in a new car. But I also take good care of my vehicles.
