Great dealership! Have taken my Tahoe and have always had great service! Antonio in service is top notch. He made sure I had a rental car, was able to update me on the progress of my Tahoe (through text which was convenient) and my car was ready next day even though it needed many things fixed. Highly recommend this dealership and Antonio! Thanks again guys

I’ve purchased or helped negotiate a deal for family members 14 times in my life, and only 2 times did I drive away feeling no stress and happy with my purchase. The first was Simpson Buick GMC in Buena Park in 2007 and today at Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine. Thanks to Randy Pittner for making it an easy day. Had the best offer from anyone in SoCal given to me before I showed up, and breezed through the paperwork in just a couple hours. Way to go!
For every repair or service, it takes at least 2 trips to get the job done right. I had 2 more oil change coupons, so took it if for work again when I got the oil changed. Has been in twice and now going in a third time next week for the same issue. Do not like this service center at all.
