UPDATE: They fixed my heater but will not fix my CD player. I have left VM for GSM, George Shire, an Instant Msg and another post on this site (which does not show up) to no avail; George Shire has not contacted me. I purchased a used vehicle on January 18, 2018 and found out two days later that the heater and CD player were not working. They will not fix the CD player it is an "as is" sale.
