Michelle is amazing! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair cut and colored.
The staff and owners were friendly and professional. Michelle, the owner, was very helpful in scheduling my appointment (same day!) and did an AMAZING job with my color and cut! I've received MANY compliments, and have referred several people already! So happy to have found them!

Awful, plain awful. The service was a huge disgrace & disappointment. Seriously, one star is too many. Owners Michelle & Jay need a few lessons on customer service.

The request over the phone was to do the services back to back so they were scheduled with the same stylist back to back and the massage therapist back to back as well. Your stylist offered to start the young moms services as soon as yours were done, and declined. It truly appears to be a misunderstanding of when the services would be and how upon booking.
