The salon is excellent, the stylists are all extremely good at what they do, and it's a very fun environment where everyone is laughing and having a good time. Allison's done my hair every month for the last year and she's never once let me down. If something isn't quite right, she'll fix it on the double. I literally get stopped everywhere I go for somebody to tell me how awesome my hair is. Almost always have such a wonderful experience when I come in and today was no different. My hair came out AMAZING and I'm so glad I was able to get in today.
Wasn't happy with the way my hair turned out granted it wouldn't pull past a yellow in the bleaching process. My husband said it didn't even look like I had it done.. Customer service and everyone was super nice. I wish the stylist that was doing my hair had more experience with what I wanted and would listen to her boss the first time about correcting a mistake. It was my first time getting my hair done at a salon and it was okay!

Nothing about this appointment went right. They didn't have a nail tech to even do our appointment, and the gel manicure they did do came off with in a few hours. We will be asking for a refund. Sad that my daughter didn't even make it to Disney with her pretty nails... We were asked to come back to have them redone. The nail tech was there this time and my daughter is very happy with her halloween nails.
I just received the best massage by David! Was so good I scheduled my next one on the spot!
We had a great visit today! I know it was only a kids cut, but it was our first kids first haircut (sniffle). Stephanie was so quick and patient with him and she not only kept his sweet baby curls like we wanted but actually enhanced them. We love it and he loves not having to push the hair out of his eyes anymore! Thanks for a great experience!
