I noticed our heat pump wasn't working about 6pm, it was 87 in our home. I went to Google and typed in air conditioning repair. Simple Home Comfort was top of the list, 5 stars. I called and they said they could be there by 9pm. Tyler showed up at around 8:45pm, had us blowing cold air and ready to leave by 9:15pm. Anyone asks me who to call? Simple Home Comfort, that's who.
Tyler was great! He showed up when he said that he would and got the job done quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me the tests he does to make sure that everything was fixed correctly. Great customer service and we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I trust these guys, enough to recommend them to my parents and neighbors. Theyâve been fair, have fixed my parents ac a couple times and replaced my unit. They do a great job, always on time, clean up after themselves, are honest and fair!!
Simple Home Comfort you rocked! I called after another company came to my home. I was uneasy with the way the previous company handled their service. When I called Simple Home Comfort, I was told immediately that other companies have a tendency to sell AC Units rather than do the right thing for the customers. I am grateful to the 2 young men who came to my home and evaluated my AC unit. I was told that my unit is old, but could be repaired.
