Tyler has been doing our new install and service work for the last few years. I needed a second opinion on a home inspection report items with the current AC unit. It was Friday at 7 am and I just needed it done that day. I called Tyler and he sent Joel over to the house at 1:30 pm. My AC went out on the weekend and I called Simple Home Comfort. Joel was at my house in less than an hour, he was polite, professional and very informative. He explained everything to me and answered all of my question. He was very honest about what was going on with my AC and offered several solutions and didn't try to pressure me or sell me something I didn't need. I called on a Sunday afternoon, they had their service man at my home within an hour. He was very pleasant and professional. Had my cold air flowing within 30 minutes. I will call them again when I need my A/C fixed and will be calling them when it needs to be replaced. Very happy customer!

I was extremely please with the response to my call. Your team was at my house within 45 minutes to assess ehst was needed, very imptrssive and back to remove and install new unit. the next day. a great job was done quickly during hot days. problem with new equipment was corrected quickly and the price was excellent
Tyler was very easy to work with he was upfront about the cost and what needed to be done to install the AC/heater. He was available to install the unit the next day. The crew installing the unit were friendly and professional. They kept me informed of what was going on and kept the appointment needed to finish the work.
