Simple Comfort went out of their way to take care of my A/C problem. They received my phone calls after business hours and , in one case, called me back after my call went to an answering machine. They were quick to respond to my needs and Travis and his technicians are very customer friendly. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is as good as you could expect.
Simple Home Comfort arrived an hour after I called them. Joel was friendly and professional. He ascertained the problem with our AC and explained it to us in layman terms. I have also dealt with Tyler who is friendly and professional as well. They understand emergencies (AC failing when it's 110 degrees outside) and their rates are extremely fair. They have a lifelong customer here.
