Beautiful space, but the $180 Tokio Treatment was a waste The salon is breathtaking and the front desk staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming but the service itself was a huge letdown. I asked for a frizz-eliminating treatment frizz and deep-condition my hair and they convinced me to get the Tokio treatment instead of hair botox. My hair was soft the day of, but after the very first wash, it went right back to being dry and frizzy. It felt no different than using a regular hair mask at home. I absolutely adore this salon. It is like my little oasis with every type of service a woman would ever need. They quite literally have everything, it’s like a one stop shop. You call repeatedly to make an appointment but get no answer then, when you arrive with your gift, you are kept waiting.
