I had developed shoulder pain and elbow pain from a workout that persisted. Through a series of treatments including massage and cupping my pain subsided and has not returned. Adrian is very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to treat sports related issues.
I’ve been seeing Adrian for years. Played rugby and he kept me injury free for the 3 years I played. I have since kept seeing him as I have a desk job which my hips need to get stretched and worked on from time to time, traveling doesn’t help either but Adrian gets me back on my feet.
I found Simo massage through the recommendation of several people at my gym. Adrian has helped them with sports injuries and recovery. I have a bit of a different situation -- chronic muscle tension related to my voice. He has actual expertise in this area and I booked an hour-long myofascial release session.
