Unprofessional and not caring about her patients. All about collecting money. Promised tree sessions to fix nail fungus issue, which paid for. And if not resolved, extra sessions for free. Which was a lie, issue didn’t get any better and wanted to be paid for any extra sessions. Money hungry place! Be aware of any promises that
She was very rude and lied to us. She told my mother that her foot infection would be fixed after 3 sessions and if it wasn’t then the sessions after that would be free. After the 3rd session the infection was not any better and she called to make us pay extra for more appointments. She even lied to us by saying our insurance didn’t pay her even though we paid her cash for each session. She just wanted money and didn’t even fix the foot infection. She was very rude and never going there again. Definitely do not recommend!
Dr Sima Soltani is a very professional and caring doctor. My dad has been going to her for years and I can't thank Dr Soltani enough for being so gentle and nice and taking care of his toe nails so nicely. Her staff are very friendly and nice too. Thank you. Maryam Hashemi
