Terri is so sweet and I had a great experience with her as my hygienist. My teeth felt clean and healthy and all of the associates in the office were warm and friendly. They also answered my insurance questions that I had.
They care for their patients. They make sure you don't feel any pain or discomfort. They ask throughout the procedure if you're ok.
All staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I have only had great experiences here. I feel the staff truly listen and care about my dental needs. I normally only wait about five minutes each time before I am seen.
Both my wife and I couldn't be happier with the care Dr. Nielsen gives us. And then there's Laura, probably the best, sweetest, and prettiest receptionist in the universe. Worth going there just to see her.
Exam and service was thorough, timely, and pleasant. They worked well with my insurance and explained and recommended some supplemental dental care I should have in a professional manner.
Friendly, efficient, what more could one ask?
As always, excellent service by the office staff, dental hygienist, and Dr. Nielsen. I won’t go anywhere else for my dental care!
