Dr. Neilsen and his staff are great. They are friendly, professional and great at what they do. By far the best dentist I have ever gone to.
From the very start, the receptionist has always been quick to great and helpful with expediting scheduling. Each dental hygienist I've had is very friendly and great at explaining the dental procedures, condition of my teeth, and any recommendations to continue/improve my dental care. Dr. Nielsen is quick and asks for any questions at the end of the visit. I would highly recommend.
I love Terry! She is kind, courteous, explains everything and asks if I have questions and I don’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She’s the reason I love this practice!

I had a great experience with Silverstone Dental. Dr. Brent Neilson helped me avoid an unnecessary root canal recommended by another dentist. Their office is swanky and they have all the latest equipment and x-ray set-ups. They are also more nominally priced than other dentists in Colorado Springs. Would definitely recommend to all my friends seeking dental care.
