Staff is incredibly friendly and competent.
Friendly, modern dental care. I over heard another patient say it was the best dental care she ever had. Loved hygienist. I agree.
Everyone there in the office is fantastic! My entire family sees Silverstone Dental and we've never had a visit where one of us felt the least bit uncomfortable. We've always felt very much at ease, there's never any pain and they all do a great job at explaining the work that they're doing to your mouth. Laura, at the front desk, makes you feel so welcome and clearly explains any questions you have, including insurance and billing questions. She also has a fantastic sense of humor!
Staff very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Never have an issue getting appointments when needed.

Hygienist was very rough on my mouth. She talked down to me, asking if I had ever seen a suction device, in all seriousness, then explained she’d have me help with suction. She caused my gums to bleed with the water pick, metal picks, and polisher. She kept saying how great my mouth would feel, but it was swollen and sore when I left. She also kept pushing whitening and extra yearly visits. I’ve been coming in for years and will return, but have asked the front desk not to put me with her in the future.
