My last visit to Silverstone Dental was exactly the same as always. They have wonderful staff from the waiting room, exam room to check-out. Everyone is courteous, pleasant, welcoming, professional and understanding of patient’s concerns. I've been going to Silverstone for about three years. The staff is amazing. They truly care about you, not just as a patient, but also as a person. They are incredibly helpful and are always available to answer any questions. They also are very flexible with the scheduling of appointments - which is great since I travel a lot for work and have to change appointments sometimes.
Always a pleasant experience. Office staff very friendly and accommodating. If there is an issue no problem getting an appointment to address it.

The new hygienist that cleaned my teeth wasn't great. She barely hit one spot of each tooth as she "polished" my teeth. There was no polishing at all. I don't even remember the taste of the polish. She was a sweetheart though! But I left without teeth that were factory-fresh.
Excellent service as always. They are always so kind and do such a great job. It's a quiet and attentive dental practice where you have personal service and never feel rushed or like the staff is distracted. I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I recommend Silverstone Dental to anyone looking for great care and service.
